* The '24/7 Unlimited Plan' is used by clients who require our answering and reception services during and after their normal business hours- no specific timeframe (e.g. Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays, After Hours, Overflow, 24/7, etc.).

Our services are custom designed to your individual or business needs. Our programmers will design a screen layout that will enable our agents to ask the right questions and provide accurate information according to your specifications.
Is there a limit to how many of my employees (recipients) can receive the same message?
If required, the Elite Precisions delivery system can be programmed to deliver the same message to multiple recipients simultaneously. The recipients can even use different types of devices; meaning one may receive the message on a cell phone, another on a pager, and others may simply receive the message as notification via email. There is no additional charge for this type of multi-dispatch.
Our automated Roster Service eliminates the risk normally associated with answering services relaying messages to the correct on-call employee. You supply us with your upcoming roster schedule and we will soft code your schedule into our system to minimize the risk of human error upon dispatch. The receptionists no longer need to "look up" who's on call because the system will already be programmed.
Can I change the "on-call" person at the last minute? Absolutely!
From time to time "on-call" schedules do change. At anytime you may contact us and advise the receptionist of the change.
Can I Cancel Service At Any Time?
Absolutly! There is no contract so you may cancel service anytime without any penalties, however if service has already commenced, a refund will not be issued.
Do You Offer Bi-Lingual Services?
Our beautiful country is full of people of various ethnicities and languages so we understand that some of your customers may speak languages other than English. We have phone agents who are bi-lingual and can accommodate your Spanish speaking callers. *There is an additional fee for bi-lingual service.
